These terms describe how Voodumarketing provides digital marketing services for small and medium businesses in South Africa. Please read them carefully before engaging our team.
Voodumarketing offers social media management, local search content optimisation, segmented email campaigns and monthly performance reporting. The specific deliverables, timelines and channels are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. We do not guarantee specific rankings, follower counts or revenue figures, as these depend on factors outside our control.
To keep campaigns running smoothly, you agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to relevant accounts and reasonable feedback within two working days. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claims, offers or product details you ask us to publish. We rely on this information to create content that reflects your actual business.
All original content, campaign concepts and reports we produce for your business remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After that, you may use the final deliverables for your own commercial purposes. Any third-party materials, such as stock images or platform features, remain subject to their respective licences.
We treat your business data, customer lists and internal strategy as confidential. We will not share this information with third parties except when required to deliver the agreed services, such as advertising platforms or email providers, or when obliged by law. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
While we work carefully to protect your accounts and data, we cannot be held liable for indirect losses, lost profits or downtime caused by platform outages, third-party service failures or actions taken outside our written recommendations. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the most recent month of service.
Either party may end a monthly engagement with fourteen days written notice. If you cancel a project mid-way, you are responsible for work already completed and any non-refundable costs we have committed to on your behalf. Upon termination, we will hand over final deliverables for which payment has been received.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, and significant changes will be communicated by email at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that period means you accept the revised terms.
